UTMCAP or ThriveTracker

ThriveTracker is the oldest name on this list and sells the biggest volumes off the shelf. It is also the one that does not tell you what it is counting, which is the thing to weigh.

Their figures were read off their own pricing page on 2026-09-25. Prices change; if one below is out of date, tell us and it gets corrected.

What you are billed for

The two prices are not counting the same thing.

“Overages are clicks that exceed the included clicks in a given paid plan. Plans are paid for upfront, overages are paid at the end of the monthly billing cycle.”
— ThriveTracker pricing page, read 2026-09-25

That is the whole of what they publish about the unit. Nowhere on their site or in their help centre does it say whether a lander click or a conversion counts as another one, and the overage rate is not published as text either. We are not going to guess on their behalf — but a unit you cannot check is a bill you cannot predict.

Side by side

Both ladders, as each of us publishes them.

Where ThriveTracker is better

The reasons not to move.

Written first, because a comparison page that finds nothing good to say about the other product is not a comparison.

Where we are better

The reasons to.

  • You can check what you are being billed for

One visitor is one click, and the page you are reading says so. Theirs does not define the unit anywhere, and the overage rate is not published either.

  • Everything included is actually included

Their entry plan adds up: $79.99, plus $79 for a second person, plus $59 for bot filtering, plus $49 for the reporting API is $266.99 a month. Ours is $29 with all of that in it.

  • Twice the traffic at the first rung

A million clicks against 500,000, for a third of the price.

  • Recently built, and still being built

Their last published blog post is from 2022 and their help centre articles are mostly 2015 to 2019. Ours ships weekly and the changelog is on this site, dated.

The verdict, including when it is not us. Pick ThriveTracker if you need tens of millions of clicks on a list price today, or you want an account manager. Pick us if you want to know what a click means before the invoice arrives, and you would rather not buy bot filtering separately.

Questions

The ones that decide it.

What is not built here is listed on the platforms page rather than left out of this one.

Also compared

What does ThriveTracker count as a click?
They do not say. We looked at their pricing page and their help centre on 25 September 2026 and found no definition, which is why our comparison table says "not published" rather than guessing.
Is their entry plan really $79.99?
That is the list price for 500,000 clicks. Their home page says "plans starting at $49", which is the price of the reporting API add-on rather than a plan. A second user, bot filtering and the API are add-ons until the $364.99 plan.
Are they still developing the product?
They are still selling and supporting it. Their public pages tell a quieter story: no blog post since 2022 and no site change we can see since September 2024. Judge it yourself — we only report what is checkable.

Run one campaign through both.

A hundred thousand clicks a month and no card, which is enough to see whether the numbers agree with the ones you already have.
